Fluent Terms of Service

Fluent is a Lithuanian-language learning service ("the Service", "we") operated by Aliaksei Shahau, individual activity in the Republic of Lithuania under certificate No. 1255753, Lithuania. By using Fluent, you agree to these terms.

Account

Fluent is accessed via Google sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure and for everything that happens under it within Fluent.

Free and Premium plans

Fluent's core features are free with no time limit, subject to a daily cap on study sessions. Premium removes that cap and unlocks additional features — see the Pricing page for details.

Premium subscription

• Premium is a monthly subscription billed through Stripe, our payment processor. We never receive or store your card details.
• The price and billing interval are shown on the checkout page before you pay.
• The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it.
• Because access begins immediately upon payment, by subscribing you expressly agree to waive the 14-day right of withdrawal granted under EU consumer law (Article 16, Directive 2011/83/EU).

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from the subscription management link on the Pricing page. Premium access continues until the end of the period you already paid for; we do not refund unused time. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

Changes to these terms or pricing

We may change these terms or the price of Premium from time to time. Existing subscribers will be notified by email in advance of any price change.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation and are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of Fluent, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
